So I’m sitting at my station thinking about my business I definitely want to see growth this year. The past years I’ve been in and out doing projects here and there, but nothing real steady!! Listening to Dr Stacia Pierce one day, I had an Aha moment, that’s when I realized I really want to push my business full force! I broke out my pen and paper, wrote down some goals, purchased a planner, set up meetings with business coaches, life coaches, accountants, set up bank accounts, researched starting a business, researched other businesses in my field, created some mock projects, connected with some photographers to take pictures of my work, started working on my website, and other necessary things. I'm all ready for business. Then I thought to myself, what will make this start different from my other 6 years? I always have a great start, real motivated, real determined, and then… I fall off. Is it the limited financial recourses? Does my desire change? Do I get lazy and no longer want to put forth the work? I'm sure it's a combination of them all. But this time I'm determined to give it ALL that I have. I realize that this time I have to do something different. I have to determine that regardless of any obstacles that present themselves, and they definitely will, that this time I'm going all the way!
Nothing will stop us from moving forward in business…
