Summer is pretty much everyone's favorite season! During this time, you will definitely find yourself doing more outdoor activities than you could ever imagine. Whether chilling at the beach, or cheering someone on during a sports activity, there is one thing that you have to always be mindful of; temperature's rising!

Often times, we find ourselves trying to manage the challenge of change. We wrestle with the fact that we must change, but have a hard time with taking the necessary steps to make those changes happen. We struggle with knowing that we need to change but get stuck in our old ways of doing things. No matter how much we say we are going to change, sometimes we never do.

We are here to say that we've finally changed our minds! Here at DazzlinDezigns, we are changing the way that we run our business. We press in order to gain new experiences in this business by changing our old habits. We bring change to you because we know that it is necessary for our business to grow. Although it took some time, we truly understand why it is important to change in terms of upholding a business. Failure is an option.  You must fail so that you can recognize the need for change. That is the key to helping your business grow. It's not healthy to think that you can keep doing things the same way expecting different results; the results you truly desire.  Those results desperately cause for change. Once you take a step back and look into better managing change, you will realize that change isn't such a bad thing to do after all.

Since we are talking about change, we would like to express to you some changes that we've made thus far.

• Added a new member to the team, Audrea Belcher. She assists our Admin Jecil Harris with processing order requests, speaking with customers and capturing their vision.
• Updated the website, and products can now be ordered online at www.dazzlindezigns.com. If it hasn't made it on the website yet, no worries! Call our number, 512.588.3323 or send us an email  to process your order.
• Hired Monarchbeauty, a blog hosted by Chelsea Piper, to keep you updated on all things new for DDBD!

DazzlinDeZigns for real this time!!

So I’m sitting at my station thinking about my business I definitely want to see growth this year. The past years I’ve been in and out doing projects here and there, but nothing real steady!! Listening to Dr Stacia Pierce one day, I had an Aha moment, that’s when I realized I really want to push my business full force! I broke out my pen and paper, wrote down some goals, purchased a planner, set up meetings with business coaches, life coaches, accountants, set up bank accounts, researched starting a business, researched other businesses in my field, created some mock projects, connected with some photographers to take pictures of my work, started working on my website, and other necessary things. I'm all ready for business. Then I thought to myself, what will make this start different from my other 6 years? I always have a great start, real motivated, real determined, and then… I fall off. Is it the limited financial recourses? Does my desire change? Do I get lazy and no longer want to put forth the work? I'm sure it's a combination of them all. But this time I'm determined to give it ALL that I have. I realize that this time I have to do something different. I have to determine that regardless of any obstacles that present themselves, and they definitely will, that this time I'm going all the way!

Nothing will stop us from moving forward in business…
